These terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders submitted to LILLE webshop on shop.lilleclothing.com (in the following referred to as the ”webshop”). These terms and conditions may be updated and vary from time to time. This is why we ask you to read the terms and conditions previous to every order you place in the webshop.
A binding purchase agreement is entered into as soon as your order has been confirmed by us and an order confirmation has been sent from Lille Clothing to the e-mail address you submitted. If an item happens to run out of stock before the status has been correctly updated in the webshop, Lille Clothing will notify you of this by e-mail. Registration is free and only you will have access to your account. If you have registered before, simply sign in with your e-mail address and the password you have created. Creating an account at our webshop is optional. Kindly note that some of our services may not be available to unregistered customers.
All items displayed are intended for personal use only, not for commercial use. All items may not be available in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance, we will contact you promptly by phone or e-mail.
You can purchase Lille products with the shopping basket feature online. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail within 1-2 days after placing your order, excluding holidays and weekends. In the case you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact us through e-mail email@example.com.
When you purchase items from Lille webshop, you will be asked to register and give your personal information for ordering and billing purposes only. You will also be asked for phone number and e-mail address in order to receive order confirmation and in order for us to contact you in the case of delivery notifications or problem-solving purposes. It is important that you give us accurate information so that we can serve you fluently and promptly. Your information will be dealt confidentially and will not be provided to any third party other than for billing and delivery purposes.
There are two types of cookies: the first cookie is stored as a file on your computer for a longer period of time. It is used to identify if there has been any previous contact between us and your computer. The second type is called a session cookie which is temporarily stored in the computer’s memory during the time you are browsing the website. The session cookie will not be stored in your web browser for a long period of time but disappears when you close your browser session.
When you register in our webshop or place an order you agree to these terms. Lille Clothing reserves the right to make changes to the prices, terms, services and, policies of these terms anytime. You need to be 18 years old for registering and ordering online. Copyright in the documents (including the trademarks of Lille Clothing, logos, graphics, texts, photos, designs, images, data and, software) provided on this website is owned by Lille Clothing.
We reserve the right to change the prices. All prices are in Euros and inclusive of the Finnish VAT 24%.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron and Master Card. For payments, you can choose Klarna Checkout or Checkout Suomen Ostolaskut Oy and Luottokunta. Paypal can be chosen as payment for customers outside of Finland.
We use Finnish Post and DB Schenker for shipping purposes. Shipping time depends on availability, shipping destination and order time, but we aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 working days, (excluding holidays and weekends) with receipt and credit card authorization. The delivery cost in Finland is 6,50€-7,00€. Delivery cost inside of EU is 20,00€ and 25,00€ outside of EU. Should the package be harmed during delivery please notify us immediately before opening the package. Lille webshop or Lille Clothing is not responsible for any fees charged by customs or other taxes or duties. When ordering outside Finland, please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Smartpost is only available for shipping in Finland.
If a package delivered is not collected, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping and processing.
In case you wish to return or exchange your order, you will be able to do so within 14 days of receipt of the product by contacting our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. The return is free of charge when done according to our instructions. The returned or exchanged products must be unused, unharmed and with the original package and labeling, accompanied by the return form indicating the returned product and the reason for return or exchange. Lille Clothing is not responsible for any damage or loss of product during return delivery if the customer has not contacted our customer service before returning the product, or if the return is not made by the indications given by our customer service. In such cases lost or damaged products will not be refunded.
